Sticky Moments is a small photo magnet shop with buying guides for choosing them. The guides are general advice, not a guarantee of a particular result, and the products are the magnet packs listed in the shop.
Your photos and rights
You keep ownership of every image you upload. By placing an order you confirm that you hold the rights to the photos and may have them printed, and you grant us a limited license to reproduce them solely to produce and deliver your order. Please do not upload images you do not have permission to use.
Orders, pricing, and availability
Prices and product details are shown in the shop and may change before an order is placed. While items are marked sold out, no orders are accepted. Once selling begins, we may decline or cancel an order if it was listed at an obvious error in price or description, and we will refund anything already charged in that case.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, copy its content for republication, or upload unlawful or infringing images. We may refuse service for misuse.
Disclaimers and liability
The site and guides are provided as is, without warranties beyond those required by law. We stand behind our printing through the refunds policy, but to the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
