Made-to-order means limited returns
Because each pack is custom printed with your photos, it cannot be resold and is not eligible for a change-of-mind return in the way a stock product would be. Please review your photos, crops, and quantities carefully before ordering. That said, a custom product is never an excuse for a faulty one, and the guarantee below covers anything that goes wrong on our end.
What we put right
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, missing items, or different from the proof you approved, we will reprint it or refund it at no extra cost. This covers print defects, weak or peeling magnet backing, color that is clearly wrong, and errors we introduced in production.
The time window
Claims for a fault or error should reach us within 30 days of delivery. After that point the order is considered accepted, though you are always welcome to get in touch if something develops later and we will do what is reasonable.
How to start a claim
Contact us through the contact page with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. A picture lets us confirm the fault quickly and decide between a reprint and a refund without sending the parcel back in most cases. We will reply with the next step rather than ask you to guess.
What is not covered
We cannot refund issues that come from the photo supplied rather than our printing, such as a blurry original, a low-resolution file, or a crop you approved that cut off a head. The buying guides explain how to check an image before ordering so these are easy to avoid.
