Processing time
Because every magnet is printed from your own photo, each order is made to order rather than picked off a shelf. Once the shop is live, expect roughly three to five business days for printing and quality checks before a parcel leaves, on top of the carrier's delivery time. Larger event runs may need a little longer, and the estimate at checkout will reflect that.
Where we ship and how
Orders are sent within the United States by a standard tracked mail service. Photo magnets are flat and light, so most packs ship in a rigid envelope that protects the print in transit. If international shipping is offered later, the available destinations and rates will appear at checkout.
Shipping cost
Shipping is charged as a flat rate shown before you pay, with no surprise fees added afterward. Any free-shipping threshold or promotion will be stated clearly on the shop and at checkout rather than buried in this policy.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, a confirmation with a tracking number is sent to the email address on the order. Tracking can take a day to begin updating after the parcel is collected, which is normal and not a sign of a problem.
Delays, lost, and damaged parcels
Carrier delays happen, especially around holidays, and are outside our control once a parcel is handed over. If tracking stalls for an extended period, or a magnet arrives bent or damaged, contact us through the contact page with your order number and a photo of the issue and we will arrange a reprint or refund.
